TruBambu, LLC – Peace-of-Mind IT Monitoring Agreement
1. Overview
TruBambu, LLC provides proactive IT monitoring, maintenance, and support designed to keep your systems secure, stable, and performing at their best.
2. Scope of Services
- 24/7 system monitoring (N-able RMM)
- Patch management and updates
- Antivirus and endpoint protection
- Alert-based remediation
- Remote support (as applicable)
Exclusions: Services do not include on-site support, major project work, or system rebuilds unless separately agreed.
3. Service Limitations
TruBambu, LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to monitor and maintain systems; however, no system can be guaranteed to be error-free, secure from all threats, or uninterrupted.
4. Limitation of Liability
TruBambu, LLC’s total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid in the previous three (3) months. TruBambu is not responsible for indirect damages or data loss.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Maintain valid software licenses
- Do not disable security tools
- Notify TruBambu of system changes
- Maintain backups unless otherwise agreed
6. Cybersecurity Acknowledgment

Client acknowledges that cybersecurity is a shared responsibility and no provider can guarantee complete protection against all threats.
7. Authorization
Client authorizes TruBambu, LLC to access, monitor, and manage systems as necessary to provide services.
8. Term
Services are provided month-to-month or annually with 30 days written notice for termination.
9. Confidentiality
TruBambu will treat all client data as confidential and will not disclose it except as required to deliver services.
10. Acceptance
By engaging TruBambu, LLC, the client agrees to these terms.
